With 20 years of relevant knowledge of and experience in recruitment (both corporate and agency experience), we have voiced the ambition to bring innovation to the world of recruitment Over the last years, little or indeed no innovation has occurred in recruitment processes.

With the establishment of Hello Candidate, we have created an innovative and user-friendly video recruitment platform; a platform designed by and for recruitment and HR professionals.

By working intensively in the field of recruitment with various companies (including Unilever, Danone, bol.com, HEMA and Eneco), we have gained valuable customer insights and were able to build a customer-friendly and professional platform; a video recruitment platform for companies, organisations AND talented candidates.

After my law studies in Amsterdam, I worked for a few large corporates such as Delta Lloyd and KPN Telecom where I gained experience in Sales, Business Development and Marketing; later I moved into the Recruitment and Talent Management field. Recruitment experience was gained at a large well known search agency and on the corporate recruitment side at various companies. To continue to develop myself, I completed an MBA at NIMBAS / University of Bradford Business School. In 2006 I founded search agency New Skills. I started building and developing the Hello Candidate platform with a business partner. Together with a team of software developers, we were able to build the video platform Hello Candidate.

Following my Business Administration studies in Utrecht, I worked in various media, entertainment and publishing companies including RTL Group and Universal Music. After gaining extensive commercial experience, I was active in several commercial and general management positions at VBK Media, WPG and Lannoo, amongst others. I enhanced my practical experience by completing an MBA at NIMBAS / Bradford University Business School. In recent years I have been active in various interim roles at organisations such as Pathé Theaters and Utrecht Marketing. I have specialized in commerce, business development, change management and development. As an Associate Partner at Hello Candidate my focus is on business development and further expansion in the market of the Hello Candidate video platform

As a Recruitment and HR professional I have been responsible for leading various Recruitment and HR departments for the past 20 years. Within corporate organisations as well as within the public sector, I have led large-scale recruitment campaigns and innovations in the field of Recruitment, Talent management and Learning & Development.

In 2010 I have started my own company New Move as an independent HR and Recruitment professional.

Within Hello Candidate, I am a consultant in the field of operations and optimizing their selection process for customers and specific target groups and the CSR policy within Hello Candidate

I am a seasoned IT professional having worked many years in corporations around the world. I have extensive ERP, database and SaaS knowledge and advise Hello Candidate on the Architecture and SaaS Deployments. I have a BSc. in Computer Science and an MBA from NIMBAS / Bradford University Business School where myself and Rutger, Hello Candidate’s Managing Partner, were fellow Study Group students.
